Explosion Humvee. Taliban member is shown preparing an improvised explosive device (IED) from what may be anti-tank mines. All the while, a small child, who has his face covered, observed and played with a handgun. Later in the video, the powerful IED is detonated near a truck. It is not known when this attack took place but it reportedly occurred in western Afghanistan, near Herat and close to the Iranian border.
